You met a far nicer crowd in here when it was a Post Office.

Operates a non serve policy. Mixed hostel disguised as a pub. Pickpocket training facility.

Agree with BrummieJohn, okay, but I've been In better Witherspoons...
The lack of any real garden other than a small scruffy patio full of smokers knocks my score down... A couple of pints of Black hole brewery Milky Way (A pale wheat beer) @ ABV 6.0% made up for this though!

Run of the Mill JDW drinking den.
Not the best but not bad.
In here last Friday night just after 8.00pm and all's ok.
Very good service from a bevvy of young ladies.
Festival ales all @ 1.99 so tried a few.
One was Vasileostrovsky Impirial Russian Stout which is 6.5% ABV

Pleasant enough JDW with plenty of locales on. Clientele mixed but friendly enough. Staff friendly. Always worth a look in if you fancy a swift one!

Spacious interior. Seems to be a pretty decent Wetherspoons.

The last post is nestled in a lovely, quiet and secluded avenue in Beeston. The pub has been noted for its chef who has a somewhat daring attitude towards cusine. The result is a fine (and affordable) gastro-pub although the smoked lobster has been noted to have a little to much seasoning on occasion. Nonetheless, regardless of what the hacks say, the Last Post is without question, relatively better, than the vic when it comes to food on a pound-for-pound ranking.

The landlord is obviously a very generous individual seeing how cheaply he purveys his beer (which is of a good-to-low quality). There are also a wide selection of beers, with a particular favourite coming from Liverpool. Indeed I highly recommend that everyone tries at least one Robatelli.

The bar staff behave in exemplary fashion and have even been known to joust to ensure a laughter filled atmosphere. Top marks, well done!

Nice and cheap basically. Nothing more to it exept some nice seats and the IT Box. Well cheap monday nights so head down to last post.

Looks like a huge waiting room, ladies toilets are far far away at the other side of the pub. Food not all that good except for the curry nights. Great for cheap vodka etc, full of teenagers pretending to be 18 at the weekends, and the alcoholic benefit claiments brigade........you cant miss em!

It's an ok place to meet your mates at the start of the evening though

Atypical Wetherspoons conversion from former post office in centre of town.

Nothing unusual about the decor, food, wine, beer, staff or all- day drinking, workshy clientele.

If Wetherspoons didn't make an effort to put posters and prints of local information on the walls you could be in just about any one of their ersatz pubs throughout the land.
