Decent pub. Beer is nothing special but drinkable.

Another pikey pub thats haunted by shirt-lifters. Service is hit and miss.
|
On an early evening visit, The Goat is decent enough.
Nothing remarkable as such but the Guinness was very, very good.
Can imagine it could get a bit lively (coughs) at certain times but seems reasonable enough on a passing visit.

It is still very much open and in business Sinners...

Hi Can someone tell me if this place is open, closed or pulled down. Tks
|
Don't know why this is listed as closed down, I was in here the other day...
I like this pub. Its got a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, nothing spectacular on tap but what is there goes down a treat. Added kareoke a couple of times a week. Does draw in a slight chav atmosphere and does get a bit loud at times but it is thankfully in good atmosphere other than 'lets start a fight'
Worth a visit

its closed down

This Pub has a real friendly atmosphere. It's been refurbed and I've seen some real talented singers down there too. There was a female singer there last time I went and it was fantastic. All great songs, Soul and Motown, and everybody was dancing and having a right laugh. It was great. Defiantly should visit more often.

It is a nice non-trendy "real pub" very close to Mitcham Junction. Offers a wide selection of beers and some pubfood.
