Rumour is that the bar has now had to close dure to complaints from neighbouring farmhouse about the noise. Pity..

We pulled into here in mid afternoon in the middle of an all dayer by minibus. There were 10 to 12 handpumps and from what I can remember we sampled 8 or 9 of them between us!!
It is only open at weekends but is well worth seeking out - you won't be disappointed

Across the yard from the brewery, in an old cow shed, nothing posh here just a dozen or so freshly brewed beers in a rough and ready farm building with saw dust on the floor. Gorgeous beers and stouts, Gales wines and fanta & coke for non-drinkers. Only open Fri - Sun.
