Closes today (20/11/16). Being sold to the Grannie Annie group. Will reopen soon but probably without real ale.

Our last Wetherspoons of our Northern Ireland trip, and this one meant we have now visited all 9 in the province. This was one of the more impressive branches, set in a nice building. Ringwood Fortyniner, Arundel Summer Daze, Batemans XXXB and Greene King Abbot & Ruddles Best were all on. Mr Whiteheads Festival Special Perry was all that remained in their summer cider festival. The barmaid was very friendly, but watch out for the tight car park, if you're driving!

Popped n in back in November and was very impressed with the fantastic building, the Uber-Cheap steak club, and the very good pint of thwaite's ale,8/10

Called in at the Old Courthouse last Thursday, can`t say I had any complaints with the service I got. As I`m a lager drinker, no complaints there!

It needs a decent manager again. Gone downhill fast since the englisg guy called tom left last year.

heartily agree with most of the comments the management is dire!! they usually have more "off" than "on" and this includes staff. also why oh why do weatherspoons hide the toilets?

The pub has gone downhill massively lately. mark is a useless manager, the quality of the real ales is not what it used to be. Bring in some decent managers please

popped in this afternoon, very good choice of real ale on today including Landlord, and bitter and twisted. Any chance of getting the ipa back?

The quality of real has gone down lately, though there is sometimes quite a good range. Any chance of getting more of the scottish ones in, instead of whitewater. When they had the english manager there they had a good range

Typical Wetherspoons, but an oasis in an otherwise real-ale desert. Twice this year I've visited, once they only had Theakstons best and London Pride, and the second time four different beers from Whitewater Brewery.
