Not cheap; but great food and drink and good service. Lovely setting and atmosphere- and you can sit outside with a view of Trafalgar Square

Shockingly Expensive for poor beer and crap service. Avoid.
|
Awful, terrible. Hideously overpriced and without doubt the wost pint of Deuchars IPA I have ever tasted. Avoid at all costs, London has so much better to offer.

This place is not what it used to be - they force you into the downstairs bar too early these days and the whisky menu is even more sparse than usual. To top it off, they no longer have irn bru - a Scottish bar with no irn bru - really ? Incidentally, they don't do Tennent's either.

Found myself there on a Friday night. "Dire" doesn't begin to come close to what the place is like. Just avoid.

Not a pub
|
unconvinsing Scottish theme (eastern euro bar staff in kilts) very expensive
|
Completely agree with Lennie - a very likeable place but very expensive.
|
On the upside, this place opens until 3, has a large cocktail / whisky menu and doesn't attract young people. On the downside it is very expensive and they actually don't have nearly half of the whiskies listed on the menu when you ask for them !

The Scots have invaded Trafalgar Square Oh dear!!!
This place is an expensive Whisky bar and restaurant that I was dragged into last week. The food looked good, but the Scottish bottled lager and especially the whisky beer were not to my liking. I found the kilted barman to be very disinterested in the punters.
There is a dining area upstairs from the gastro bar and what looked like a night club with dance floor downstairs, but I could be very much mistaken. The toilets were DOONSTAIRS (their words, not mine) miles from the bar through a network of darkened corridors.
I loved the antler chandelier and the paper stag lighting, but from a purely Beer In The Evening point of view This place is cack!
