Do not be fooled by the name as there's no Cask Ale on tap only Keg beers. Which is a real pity in my opinion because this part of Potter's Bar really needs a good Real Ale Pub as there is no other good real ale bars around this part. Pub its self is good and service good but very quiet for a Friday evening when I went in.

I wasnt that impressed as I walked in as the first thing that I noticed were the four unused hand pumps alongside Youngs Special that was off. There are no premium lagers, but I did get served a decent pint of Guinness from the friendly barmaid.
There are plasma screens for showing Sky Sports and there is also a dartboard and a pool table that was being used by some of the locals, who seemed friendly enough.
There is a large beer garden out the back which has a climbing frame and swings for the kids.
This place grew on me the longer I stayed and I would go back again if passing.

many years ago good place to drink but 10 years have passed since then if you stand outside at the bus stop you will notice the paintwork pealing, the brickwork decaying, the curtains looking like i have just wiped my arse on them and inside ???? don't bother , in fact in fact passing it on saturday evening i think everyone has got the message, felt soory for the bloke behind the bar so given a rating of 1

Cask of Sewage...
No.. actually it's not that bad - it's rather pleasant, especially after the refurbishment. Sometimes the music's a bit loud for my liking though

Beautiful building with large garden facilities. Great value for money on both food and drink. A must on any pub crawl
