Visited The Bridges today for lunch. The beer we had from the Dartford brewery, Dartford Wobbler and Kentish Best were very good. The food was basic pub grub but really good value with generous portions. We will definitely visit this pub again.

This is my local and I really like it. I normally stick to The Harvey's which is generally good. Very nice atmosphere, quiet and yob free. A bit on the pricey side but if that's what it takes to keep it open then I don't mind paying a few pence more. Bar staff/landlords very friendly.

Beer's decent rather than spectacular and the cellar just doesn't cope when it's really sunny. However, it's a very clean, pleasant, quiet pub and always welcoming and well worth a visit.

An unusual, atmospheric pub which is run by a couple of ex-wrestlers, so anyone with an interest in this subject will be pleased to see all kinds of memorabilia from the glory days of the sixties and seventies (anyone remember Johnny Czeslaw and Johnny Kwango?) Apart from that, although only just outside the M25 it retains a nice rural atmosphere that makes it feel like 100 miles from London. When I have been there, the beers have always been O.K. (Harveys, Dark Star and/or Dartford Brewery).

A very quaint little pub, although all the brass everywhere left me feeling a bit claustrpohobic. Pleasant enough staff, although the beer was awful! Nice little garden by the river which made up for it in part.

Just visited after some time. The beer was drinkable - just! The food average at best.

A drinkable pint of Harveys in the shadow of the railway viaduct. They have a fondness for brass things in here - horse brasses, brass shileds etc... every inch of space is adorned in some brass item or other.

A good range of beers that were spoilt when I last visited by a very 'tinny' after taste in my - I've since been told that the lines have now been properly cleaned and the beer is now what it should be. Why oh why can publicans who serve real ale understand that with a little attention to looking after it, they would attract alot more custom. I shall give it another go and report back!
