| Visited The Bridges today for lunch. The beer we had from the Dartford brewery, Dartford Wobbler and Kentish Best were very good. The food was basic pub grub but really good value with generous portions. We will definitely visit this pub again. Oldfartxl - 9 Oct 2012 21:26 |
| This is my local and I really like it. I normally stick to The Harvey's which is generally good. Very nice atmosphere, quiet and yob free. | An unusual, atmospheric pub which is run by a couple of ex-wrestlers, so anyone with an interest in this subject will be pleased to see all kinds of memorabilia from the glory days of the sixties and seventies (anyone remember Johnny Czeslaw and Johnny Kwango?) Apart from that, although only just outside the M25 it retains a nice rural atmosphere that makes it feel like 100 miles from London. When I have been there, the beers have always been O.K.
