White Horse Inn, Wroxtonback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
This is an attractive pub on the way to Stratford in a picture postcard village and well worth a stop for a bit of refuelling on route. They now have landlords that can actually run a pub and keep the beer well, two real ales on handpump, one of which changes on a regular basis, good traditional pub grub is the order of the day and it is done well with a side dish of banter from the staff. There is a garden which is nice if the sun actually shined long enough to use it,this is a proper village pub that extends a warm welcome to all that use it,well worth a go.

the pub landlord made us feel really welcome, we had good food and now go on a regular basis, bands most weekends. they are a great night out.

Can't beleive that some plonker arsed up this inn so much that it had to close. Had a good pint in here in late winter 2006 Arrived here unbooked at 3am on a week-night after a delayed at Birmingham International in summer 2006 and the staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were good & the breakfast was spot on. The food was great & the dining area clean as a whistle. Called in for another pint later in the year and saw nothing amiss. Anyone know the owners? I'd take in on at nil premium & a rent holiday in a New York minute.....

Absolutely awful. What a waste of a pub. Sleazy. Didn't eat - worried about the hygiene. Went to the other in the village instead.

Only good thing about this pub is that it is on the route of the famous Banbury Vintage Motor Cycle Run in June.Bad owners smoke behind bar and use hands with the ice, food is not up to a good standard.
