Popped in before and after watching a game, handy for the station. Sharps Doom Bar and Atlantic both in good condition. Friendly locals with good banter about football scores. Well worth a visit if you've got a wait for a connecting train.

A bit worn round the edges mixed food and beer pub. Has pool table also one ale on but didn't fancy trying it so had lager which was pretty much as you'd expect anywhere. It's handy for the station but also didn't see any other pubs between the town centre and there - seems like the town is a bit of a pub desert.

Had a long wait for a train on a cold wet winter night - went in here. Beer just about OK, only one other customer (10pm Saturday). Almost as miserable as hanging around on the station. Not my kind of place at all.

Very handy pub for long waits @ the cold wind swept westbury station. Friendly service and good honest staff (seeing as i left my wallet in there after one too many but the barmaid handed it in) :)

Handy for the station but beer was poor and expensive: 3.00 for a slightly past it's best pint of Bombadier.

This has the potential to run rings around it's competition alas very slowly. The landlord is chatty and friendly, the staff are nice, real ale to be found and the locals don't bite. I have had many an evening with a warm glow in a glass followed by laughter and few games of pool, not a bad place at all.

Me and my son had a large change time at Westbury railway station so we nipped in here quickly to grab some lunch one day.
The staff were really helpful and cooked something up for us even though we'd arrived after "lunchtime", plus the food was good. Good little pool table and some good railway memorabilia dotted around.
Well done, the Railway Inn, you made us very welcome.
