Another one that has bitten the dust Shame
Was there recently....3 great bands and no-one there. Come 11 o'clock the place filled up with already drunk people on the pull and a dj too loud to order a drink. Shame 'cause it really could be a great venue.
Yea, OK, but how the hell do they get away with the music THAT loud and all the doors open, they must have some very tolerant neighbours.
Ok, but could do with more than one barman on gig nights!
good vibe when you walk in and as long as theres not a ridiculously loud DJ on you'll have a nice time. quite expensive but nice decor.... apart from the toilets. its a good place to chill out but shame the outside area is on the main road and liable to street drinkers approaching you! overall though, a good pub and one id go to again.

Used to be the Richmond rooms and once hosted the now legendary Stone Roses been in decline a while now, pity as it was once the best live music venue in Brighton
Sorry - On closer inspection, it is open. But empty.
Appears to be closed at the moment.

Been awhile since I graced these walls but it was a nice place...
Stylish and modern by Brighton Standards (and far enough away from the lanes so this is fully acceptable) this is quite a student orientated place. Welcoming and a laugh
Well that was a couple of years ago...
