Someone threatened a barman with a gun here recently. Nice! (He was probably fed up with the loud music!)

No - just avoid....
|
If you prefer ale, avoid this place.
|
Great place if you're a lager drinker or into vodka shots, and don't want to talk - the music is deafening. Otherwise avoid.

Considering chain bars can be not all that, i'd recommend this place. Decent beer and also outside sitting space. Also a cash machine which works.

Expensive, very noisy (loud music but no dance floor - really dont understand why?!). Often smells of vomit and has broken glass around. After reporting a smashed pint glass to the bar staff they cleared it up 20 mins later but still left loads of glass which my friend and i picked up ourselves to stop the barefoot drunks stepping in it. Very poor.

Rubbish, expensive, full of wannabes. Bouncers on the door which means they expect to get trouble. I was asked to take my woolen hat off before they let me in. Music was too loud, not the sort of place to go for a quiet chat with your mates. Never again. I left after one pint and vowed never to return. My friends then moved on to that other awful place on George Street - RSVP - now the Slug and Lettuce.

Its OK- lots of vodka, and is a big place for bath. Free pizza on monday nights :). Not actually that expensive compared as bath is always expensive unless youre initials (arent) JDW.

nice place but get a glass collector. also could the staff get any slower ? music too loud.
|
It does what it says on the label-provides over priced alochol to people who don't really know better yet!

Could be any revolution bar in the country - London prices and London attitude

Better when it was a post office - there are far better, more authentic venues in Bath
