This closed down and empty pub is now a Charity Shop, noticed all the work being carried out, i was hopeing it would be a pub, but it isnt! A Shame, why did it close?

Walked past this place at lunchtime today. There seems to be a refit going on.
Will it be re-opening as a pub, I wonder?

went to the litern tree some years ago to watch england get beeaten by argentina. after beckham lashed out at the argy player things became a bit tense. ten minutes before the end of the game the bouncers dragged a guy past us by the hair. not long after a bar stool was thrown. a rumour circulated to the effect that a group of argentinians (!!!) were drinking somewhere in camberley so a good sized crowd left in search. we left when at the far end a table was lifted to head height. not sure whether it was to be thrown or whether it was trying to leave.
a treacherous hive of scum and villainy.

If I ever get amnesia and wander into this place again by mistake, please shoot me. Actually not that unlikely an occurence judging by the state of it when visited it before. short and shite visit

No, this is still the Litten Tree, The Staff on Park Street is now called The Sandhurst Tup, of all things! For starters it's not in Sandhurst! Only been to the Litten once, it's not bad for a town centre pub.

Am I right in thinking this pub is now called The Staff? Seems like a good pub for watching sport.
