Odd place - popped in on the way home from Memtmore Golf and on walking in there were about 8 people around the bar but not a single person was talking to each other ?? Think American Werewolf !
One scruffy bint had her feet up on a stool (classy) - alright for the masses I suppose but doesn't look like you'll die laughing in there !

The Hare always gets behind the community and supports all what is positive about our country. The landlord (Jim) is always doing something for charity, the Ales are diverse and at the right price, the food is good and you get large portions. great place to spend an afternoon, full marks!

This is a really great pub, we recently moved to the area and found this little gem walking back from the train station. The bar staff were friendly the beer and food were good, glad to make this place my local, best pub ive been to in town so far.

Visied this pub for their St Georges Beer Festival, WOW, what a great selection of Beers, Live music was great too. Prices no more dearer than others (in fact some were slightly cheaper)

Went to this pub a few times. Has an alright choice of drinks. Overall prices are on the high side. Relatively decent entertainment. Ease of location a bonus given sparce choice in locality. Still, its not the best pub in the area.

Good drinking hole. Regular turnover of guest real ales. The landlord (Jim) is friendly and knows his beers.

I visited this pleasant little pub last week, very good beer with an excellent atmosphere. I found the land lord to be extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend it to all others!

Had a lovely relaxing drink in the Hare on the day after Boxing Day, thoroughly enjoyed the London Pride, best I have had for months in Linslade. Nice and clean, very welcoming Landlord and Landlady

'Good ale and hearty drinking in the countryside' feel

My local for the past 21 years. It has now reached a new low despite the very pleasant people who run it, it's dark, dingy, dusty, dirty and cold. Expect London prices despite what other have posted.

Great pub located in good area. Quality drinks are offered at reasonable prices. Definately a gem to be found in Linslade

Leightons forgotten gem, way out on the edge of town by the old hamlet of Southcott. A traditional pub with good beer, friendly staff and a pleasant garden. Well worth the walk away from the town centre.
