I have to agree about how slow the service is. I went there on Wednesday & waited 45 mins for my food. When it came is was cold & thev presentation was not easy on the eye.
I asked to speak to the landlord but was told he was working in the kitchen so he couldnt come & talk to me.
I can not understand how someone wether he is the Tenant or Manager can not be available to handle a complaint because he deems the kitchen is where he should be?
Surely he should be available to talk to customers & train his bar staff, which was clearly not the case in this instance?
This poor experience left a bad taste in my mouth but that was not the end of my troubles.
I returned in the morning at & 8am to pick up my car, to drive to work, only to find the car park had a chain & padlock across the exit.
I tried to get someone from the establishment to unlock the exit, but no one was to be seen in the building. Needless to say after 30 minutes I had too leave the car, which was highly inconvienient.
This car park has never & I repeat never been locked in the past, & as there is no signage to explain that it will be locked, I have to say i find this level of hospitatilty applalling.
From now on I will frequent other pubs in the area, & hope I can find an establishment where it is run by a company or landlord who knows how to look after its cutomers.
