The Full Pitcher, Ledbury

I went here yesterday for a birthday lunch for my sister. The food was absolutly disgusting . We only ordered simple food- Baguettes/Sandwiches and chips.It took ages.The bread was stale and rock hard, the chips were either cold or hot and burnt and the salad was horrid. I called the bar lady quietly to one side so as not to cause a fuss in front of some other customers and politly explained the problem she offered us a refund and I accepted. 5 minutes later a very aggresive women approached our table, hands on hips and sayed sternly 'CAN I HELP YOU' Gob smacked we didn't quite know what to say. Explained to her the situation and she agreed only to refund me as I had left all of mine but refused to refund the others (even though they had left loads). NO APOLOGY VERY RUDE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PUB ! ITS VILE!
