Out of town chain pub, clearly popular with families and those after a cheap meal. The car park was packed. The pub is so called because of the adjacent cricket pitch. It has a large garden with children's play equipment and wasps galore. Ales were Wickwar Real Ale Works & Wye Valley Best & HPA. Ciders were Westons Old Rosie & Rosies Pig. Not the best pub, but clearly has a captive audience. blue_scrumpy - 3 Aug 2015 19:30 |

I have to say that The Full Pitcher is now under new management/Owners and he has done a huge amount to try and bring back the pubs good days, the animals have gone, as has the pool table (so the "rowdy" element are no longer there). The decor has been changed and is now a warm place to eat or just to pop into for a pint. There are usually two good beers on offer (four in the summer months) including Old Speckled Hen, Abbots Ale & Exmoor Gold. The staff are friendly and always helpfull and I would recommend this pub as a place to eat or meet up with friends for a few. Currently there is on offer "The Fantastic Four":- Wednesday Night Steak Night, Thursday Night Curry Night, Fish & Chips Fryday and a special 5.99 lunch main course and there are usually other specials on offer. Sunday lunch is great with childrens options and a "Go Large" Option .. all in all after all the negative reviews I would say this pub is well on its way to returning to its rightfull place amongst the best in Ledbury.
