The Prince of Wales, Esher

I took a party of 19 to this pub, which used to be very good, for lunch on a Monday. Pre-booked tables reserved for us.
Bar staff worked fast and were helpful but restaurant service was poor with starters eventually served after main courses had been offered but returned.
Main courses finished by most people before starters arrived for those who ordered them. For people ordering starters, their main courses were served eventually with warm and cold areas, where they had been re-heated in a microwave I assume.

Manageresss appeared indifferent to complaints.

I think this place must be under new management as it used to be a really good pub with great service from all staff. Sadly I shall not return.

Wheat Sheaf Public House, Farnham

30 minutes after ordering meals the Manager asked us what we'd ordered. 10 minutes later it arrived and the mash was a baked potato squashed with skin and all.
Manager apologetic and suggested we came back and we could have a meal at half price. We declined to do so.
