The Pitcher And Piano, Ocean Village

Very disappointing food indeed. We dined on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant wasnt busy, maybe a quarter full. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be served drinks (they had run out of many draught lagers including Peroni) and the food when it did arrive (took 45 minutes) was very poor. I had the fishcakes and they were soft and mushy and I couldnt detect any fish at all in them � essentially bland potato cakes. I would have actually mentioned this to a member of staff had one attended our table again or asked, but they were very uninterested in their customers. Not recommended I�m afraid. The one point I awarded here is for the pleasant location.
