A vast improvement over the previous incarnation, The Brunel is now actually a nice pub to go in.
The beer is greenkings brewery (IPA & Abbot).
The food was traditional english pub grub with a moderate menu and prompt service. The beer is greenkings brewery (IPA & Abbot).
There is also a sizable beer garden at the rear of the pub.

The toilets are a bit far away from the bar, the service is awful, the beer isn't too bad (the Abbot was adequate at least) and did i mention the service?
