Unbelievable to read some of the reviews here! Anyone who thinks the beer brewed in this place is remotely acceptable should stick to drinking pasteurised keg lager. It really is a disgrace to describe this stuff as real ale, one of the descriptions below really sums up the taste, awful. At the last count Glossop has at least 7 pubs serving excellent real ale, this pub isn't one of them, stay well clear.
