fantastic pub for the rugby and what a great atmosphere on a saturday night. had few cracking pints of guinness and lovely sharing platter during the game. if you haven't been to the rugby at the latchmere then get down there, i know i won't miss a game.

just been to the latchmere for the 1st time. went in for the man utd game and we lost but what a great day. had the beef roast and it was fantastic. the roast potatoes were awesome. if you want one make sure you get there early cos i noticed they were sold out when i left. we be back for FA Cup final on sat as they have a bbq as well. thanks

Unfortunately some of the comments mentioned are quite right. having worked there as assistant manager for nearly 18 months i can understand why people get fed up with the place. it used to be a cracking boozer, but i haven't been there for a while now. all i say give it a chance. any one that remembers gary newman give us a chance. it'll be good to hear from you. just click on the wombat link to send me a message

The Pig and Whistle, East Sheen
Absolute dump. Manager is completely useless. Used this place once and will never go back. The best thing that could happen to this place is to knock it down, preferably with the manager in it. If I could rate this in minus figures I would, 0 is being kind.

Great pub. Will miss it when I move away. Great rugby boozer. Never had a bad night here.

Mary, you believe wrong. There's more then 1 Gary in the world you know. You obviously don't like the pub but I still think it's one of the best i've been in.

The Woolpack, Southgate
great guinness and cracking atmosphere. one of the only pubs i'll go to when i'm back home. current landlord is top bloke who runs superb pub. can't wait to go back
