Strange pub this, Never felt like I wanted more than a couple here before moving on. Beers O.K. but never many folk in. Good TT week as a lot of the boys watch the racing from here.

The Marine Hotel, Peel

Good pub. Eat in restaurant for a quiet meal or bar with some music. Pool, darts and sky. Mad bar folks and pretty good ale

The Highwayman, Peel

Been open a year now and getting a few locals from newly built housing. Friendly chatty bar staff and a relaxed drinking environment. sky tv for the footy but no big screen. Has lock-ins if enough punters are drinking. Not to shabby at all.

The Queens Hotel, Laxey

Great pub, brilliant ales, excellent bar staff
pool, music and a real bikers bar.
beer garden and barby for summer season too

The Hawthorn, Greeba

Very expensive and a no smoking policy means its a pain for smokers to have a few jars.
TT week has good atmosphere here though

The Baltic Inn, Foxdale

Fantastic pint of lager, Guinness is pretty good too
But you have to be a local to have a crack.

Good for a start off session
Hardly attracts any females later in eve
Moody bar staff
