The Kingfield Arms, Old Woking

Not as good as it was when blacky firsy took it on but i think thats more to do with the current clientel rather than him still good for a late drink on a weekend

White Hart, Old Woking

Under new management who are making a big effort you need to support your local pubs or risk losing them

The Goldsworth Arms, Woking

50.00 for a New Year ticket and okay that includes your drink but even so if you managed 10 pints it'd only be 30.00 elsewhere - total rip off the place is going downhill faster than Eddie the Eagles career use Sovs instead

The Bird in Hand, Mayford

Think it'll start to improve now Barb & Foxy are on board they usually manage to turn things round not keen on the volume of the juke box but will persevere to see what happens

The Cricketers, Westfield

Heard the rumour that it was closing in the new year would be a shame to lose a local institution hope somebody buys it quick

The Crown and Anchor, Old Woking

Landlords made a big effort and it looks really nice inside could do with a lick of paint on the exterior but always guaranteed a good welcome and a great pint

The Star Inn, Woking

Went there a couple of sundays ago and it was quite busy beer was well kept and the bar staff were very effiecient and welcoming maybe I got lucky

Mayford Arms, Mayford

The new owners seem to be making an effort and theres live music on a Saturday beer is well kept and service friendly, pub was quiet and you would feel comfortable taking your partner in here

The Cricketers, Westfield

Not a place I'd return to the locals made it a bit intimidating to an outsider beer wasn't the best and the atmosphere wouldnt encourage you to hurry back!

The Kingfield Arms, Old Woking

has changed hands - yet again so we will have to watch this space seemed okay on first impressions quiet but that could be cos it was closed for a while

Bridge Barn, Woking

It is true the old barn is looking a tad neglected but the menu is extensive and the food basic but well priced and it's a great place to go on a hot sunny day

The New Inn, Send

It is indeed a pretty setting, it is a bit on the expensive side and a little lacking in atmosphere, but worth a visit especially in the summer time

The Anchor, Ripley

It is a nice old fashioned boozer, one or two dodgy characters but on the whole the beer is well kept, the food is okay and the ever-changing staff are nice

The Saddlers Arms, Ripley

Had some lovely evenings here, good music nights serves a decent pint, and service with a smile

The Jovial Sailor, Ripley

Good food but typical of a big chain, not much personality on offer.

The Crown and Anchor, Old Woking

Went here on Wednesday to watch the footie, great game, great beer, and top bar service, nothing was too much trouble for the two girls who were working, will definately return.
