| Re-visited this venue on Saturday after an abscence of a few years (6-8 years since I was last there). Bearing in mind the record breaking temperatures that we have just enjoyed at the beginning of October you would have thought that this well established outlet would be staffed accordingly and correctly wouldn't you ? It was shambolic. Unbelievably I was back there yesterday (circumstances dictated so) and witnessed equally shambolic staffing levels in the rising temperature. Inefficient management gets my goat ! | Nice location but terrible service. It took me over 15 minutes to get served on a Thursday evening when it wasn't even half full. One of the bar staff served his friends as soon as they came in, ignoring everyone else at the bar, then walked off after he'd served them leaving one person to deal with 8 or 9 customers waiting.
