Excellent pub to drop in on when your out on a wander.Excellent imported beers and pretty decent food. Bar staff very friendly too.

If you fancy a quiet sat/sun afternoon reading the paper and drinking excellent imported lagers then i'd definitely recommend all bar one in richmond. Also the food's not bad.
On the other hand I'd never go there when its packed full in the evenings - slow service, crap atmosphere and yuppy crowd!

Whether you''ll like the P&p in Rihmond depends on what your into I'd imagine. Personally, I like nice beer, good company and some sort of atmosphere. The beer here is ok (usual chain beers but that's what you'd expect). Unfortunately, i found the crowd obnoxious, anodyne and had to gulp my pint down to leave asap. The middle of the road club beats almost managed to cover up the lack of any real atmosphere.
Shame, as this place has a brilliant position on the Thames. Ive been in there in the daytime and its better then!

The Town Wharf, Old Isleworth
Brilliant setting and amazingly quiet. Great for a still summer afternoon or even a cosy winter pint. Feels like an old man's pub, and maybe better for it.
