The Crown Inn, Pewsey

Great pub and friendly landlord. Popped in after completing the Pewsey Downsaround walk. Nice selection of ales, ciders and perries on tap. The Weston's perry was very nice. Overall, very homely and welcoming.

The Raven, Bath

The most amazing of places. The range of beers is fantastic with their own brew and the pies on offer are deserving of their legendary status. If downstairs is busy then then head upstairs where it can be quicker to be served. Unmissable.

The Star Inn, Bath

The small, individual rooms gives this place a charming atmosphere. Great beers but not really much in the way of food so if you're bit of a gastro then you may go hungry. Still come here though and you may well be converted!

The Bell, Bath

A true drinkers paradise with a wide range of beers and ciders on tap, and a buzzing atmosphere on the Saturday evening we visited.

The Jack Russell, Faccombe

Me and a friend popped in here for a quick drink a week ago. Good beer and cider on tap. Very friendly landlady and fellow drinkers. Their lunch special looked ver.y tempting

The Lansdowne Strand Hotel, Calne

Been under the ownership of Arkells for a while now. That have spruced the place up with good Arkells beers on tap. Has now got outdoor saeting on the Strand so you can pose to the passing Calne traffic if you wish...

Waggon & Horses, Beckhampton

Me and a couple of friends travelled through the snow to get here late yesterday afternoon for a beer. Good Wadworth ales on tap and a pleasant, warm welcome from the staff and customers in the pub. Had three fires going in the pub which was great.

Riff's Bar, Swindon

Great live music, ales and food; a lively atmosphere yet the place still has a cosy charm. Andy certainly knows his stuff.
