Dunno about the porn, but 'boozer' knows his pub - she -or he - has managed to comment on ahhhhhh a whole one pub. Obviously independent. Completely so. Not depending on a job at - say - the 'Swallow' to keep mind and body together. Obviously. I haven't been back in the last decade so won't change my rating - whilst realising it does not - necessarily - reflect current conditions . . . . . railtracksurvivor - 13 Mar 2010 22:59 |

Nice, small little pub. My grandad actually drinks in there and the smell of the pine from the yard next door is refreshing. drink is not expensive. attracts lots of old people, wouldnt recomend a weekend night there but a quick quiet drink before catching the train is perfect mrs_newcastle - 9 Apr 2007 20:40 |
legendary pub, always a good time, cant be beaten, cheap game of pool. good for a lads night out as a warm up pub before they go out into uxbridge or london anonymous - 7 Dec 2006 17:15 |
Crappy tacky looking place. Hate walking past it at night, for fear that some drunken Irishman or Scotsman will run out and have a go at me, cos I know for a fact some of the regulars are quite fierce. But Im certainly not generalising, and great meeting point before a tube journey. About all I can say though! danmantanshameboutvan - 25 Sep 2006 11:52 |
