I needed a pint after a meeting in the Soho area so it was a stop at this Taylor Walker pub just off Regent Street.

Busy with tourists at 5.30 on a Monday night. Food being served with almost all tables having a meal, everyone standing by the bar was drinking!

4 ales on the pumps, I went for a Truman’s Bold As Brass @ 4.2%, decently soured by the barmaid however she could of smiled while she poured it!

Long time since I visited here but it’s an alright pub and I may come again when in the area, but there’s lot of choice in this part of town.

Decent stop off whilst mooching round soho and surrounding areas. very friendly staff and decent pub grub. Defo worth a visit if you come across this one. Its now been painted red as opposed to the picture above.

Beautiful dining room upstairs!

Small single room corner pub with reasonably friendly service. A huge lantern hangs in the centre and dominates. The real ale selection was fairly bog standard - Youngs London Gold, Taylor Landlord, Sharps Doom Bar & St Austell Tribute, on my weekday visit. Was quite busy early evening with commuters who failed to make their tube/bus. But there was nothing to really recommend it.

Deliver London Drinkers here so I thought I should check out the beer. Adnams Extra Special Bitter, Golden Sheep, Youngs London Gold, Spitfire was off. Small and dark downstairs, looked like there was an upstairs bar. Looks ok for central London and a chance of unusual beers.
