I remember when I was at uni years ago thinking this was one of the really sophisticated places in London. When we came into town we came here a couple of times and madly put up with prices and the chav-cool decor.

To be avoided. Surprised it is still open after all these years! Places like this normally come and go quite quickly.

Expensive, sad and tacky. When it first opened, it was expensive and vulgar but at least it had a certain novelty value. Now it's only worth going for the sight of drunken suits trying to get off with low grade gold-diggers. If you live in a really quiet provincial town and have never been anywhere flash then you might be impressed. But I doubt it.

It's flash, used to get a good celeb crowd but those days have gone.

Bit of a poncy joint, if you can get past the doormen there are basically 2 bars - One is quite relaxed, one is massive and noisy, full of blokes buying chav girls champagne.

Not bad, particularly the quiet bar which has a nice enough vibe, but this is a "trendy" bar and hence you could not drink in here all evening unless you were literally rich,
