please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Been here widweek and during weekends...

Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy...

Filled with chavs most of the time and often gets the attention of the nearby Gypo camps due to the Irish name.

Last time I was in there, it was packed with Gypos speaking some kind of inaudible accent, and one of my friends had their handbag stolen.

Beer is crap, tastes more like dishwater. Doesn't seem to matter who takes this place on, it's always been a dive no matter what kind of pub they try to make it.
Used to be a basic pub, then a wine bar, now a faux Irish... always been a hole.

Called in last night for a look. I don't think it's quite as bad as the last review painted it, but then again I was there on a Thursday evening not a Friday night. Small DJ/dance floor area in the middle, pool room towards the back. Decent pictures of film stars/pop stars etc ion the walls. Has a couple of small areas with leather sofas, one of which has a fish tank. Only fizz on the bar of course, however it is only 1.70 per pint. I don't think I'll become a regular, but it wasn't too bad just for one.
