| This is my favourite pub close to home. They are a McMullens pub, with decent real ales. They have a carvery for Sunday lunch which we have enjoyed on several occasions. It's a large-ish "family friendly" pub so some may be put off by that, but I like being able to have a quiet drink in a traditional unpretentious atmosphere. jaq - 11 Feb 2005 16:02 |
