The Phoenix, Denmark Hill

Went in on Friday after work. One of the bartenders was sooo rude to one of the customers (a young woman), who dared to make a joke for how long we waited for a drink-more than 30 minutes- was absolutely appalled with the behaviour. The other people at the pub just watched as he continued to shout at her loud and aggressively. The same bartender has caused problems in the past and I believed he would be fired sooner or later. But... Never going back...
If you want some abuse then go to Phoenix, I am sure the bartender will be more than happy to provide it...
