Kings Head, Barnet

The Kings Head was in danger of disappearing but the new management have made an incredible difference. It's still very much a local pub, more soul & atmosphere than the Misty Moon and less cliquey than some of the other local watering holes. First rate bar staff, professional & friendly but not intrusive. Well stocked and the beers are well kept. Jukebox with every hit since the charts started and played at an appropriate volume for the ambience of the pub at that moment. It's easy to get comfortable in the Kings Head and stay a few drinks longer than expected.
