The Cat Inn, West Hoathly
The warmth and friendliness of the cat is almost tangible. The staff greet you with a smile and amicable conversation which really makes one feel welcome. The general ambience created in both the bar and restaurant areas is highly conducive to an enjoyable visit.
The food is of high quality (the scallops, black pudding and pea puree dish is a delight) and the service was as good as you will find in many top restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dining at the Cat to all of my friends.
