The Kimberley Inn, Findhorn

We've been to this pub before and enjoyed it, but on our most recent visit we encountered an extremely rude member of staff who made us feel so unwelcome we left without lunch. Her completely unprovoked hostility put a real dampener on our outing. It doesn't matter how a pub rates in other aspects if the staff are so hostile its customers are left feeling upset and unwelcome. People seem to be voting with their feet - the place was dead for a Sunday lunchtime.
