If you're ever staying in this area, stay here. The staff all want you to enjoy yourself, and do everything they can to make sure you do, in a very easy going way. Beer food and acommodation is all very good, and easy on the purse. Fabulous! Now carry on drinking, I'll have a Pippin with the sparkler off!

The Doric Arch, Euston

Goodbye Head of Steam, hallo Doric Arch or 'The Doris' as it's now known by us gay blokes. Don't turn up expecting anything different, Fullers haven't been flashing the handbag about! There are 2 nice flat screen tellys to watch footie on, the chairs don't creak or collapse when you sit on them anymore, it's been painted and they jiggled the ornaments round a bit. So it's nice and fresh, and outside is painted dark red. The reason you come here is for the beautifully kept beer, and in this department nothing has changed. There are always 3-4 Fullers beers, great if you like 'em (I do) and 4-5 guests (best pint of Summer Lightning in the Milky Way), reel cider and all the usual. Now carry on drinking.
