One week on and still no refund or apology. Since I mentioned my experience there to others, I have been told of several horror stories relating to short changing, over charging and extremely bad service. My advice (Fror what its worth) is to avoid this place completely. However if you enjoy being cheated, insulted and lousy service then this is the place for you

Be ery carefull if paying by card here as they will apply a hefty tip without informing you, in our case it was �15 on top of the �24 drinks bill. When I received the print out and questioned the server, she was clearly nervous and said that I would have to speak to the manager. The manager who eventually appeared and was quite agressive said that as I had accepted the charge it was my fault and no refund could be given.

After a prolonged discussion where he stated he could not do anything about it as it was company policy to do this. He eventually said he would get a form that we could fill in in order to apply for a refund.

I am still waiting for the refund.
