Rose Inn, Great Wakering

Went to The Rose Inn yesterday, never again, ordeed a glass of Rjoja which tasted like vinegar, so i took it back and we ordered a bottle of wine instead, the food was generally disappointing, didn't stay for dersert because it was so slow (even though it was well past the lunchtime rush) , we were presented with the bill which had the �5.50 for the awful wine, I asked the waitress to remove it, thinking it was just a mistake, she said she would have to ask the manager would told us it was a matter of preference and was so aggressive and rude, we were told tough and if we didn't like it not to come back, among lots other things. The poor waitress looked mortified and even followed us out to apologise, but which time I was literally shaking with rage, an absolutley appalling way to treat customers.
