The Swan Inn and Lodge, Claygate

Good pub with beer garden and good sized tables out the front door for nice days. Beer/ale selection is good and they do Sky sports for football matches well.

Excellent Thai restaurant and takeaway as well!

The Prince of Wales, Esher

Good pub with restaurant. Location on West End green good and outdoor garden very nice on sunny days.

Food is generally good, not outstanding, but a few times we have had a miss.

Went for Christmas dinner there this past year and they did a good job and service was good.

The Cricketers, Cobham

Agree wtih most reviews that Cricketer has gone downhill a good bit.

Used to be able to go and yes it would be crowded, but they'd have a special Ale or two and the food was freshly prepared and service was pretty quick. Heard they have had some staff changes, etc. and it shows, queues are long, food quality down and its a shame because they have a great location for families on the common.
