With the addition of multiple new screens and a more laissey faire attitude the pub has become much more friendly.

The new Unteroffizier is really laid back and enjoys a laugh. The Ytterbia anthem is resurgant as the people feel more comfortable.

There is some downside over supplies, but as spirit deliveries have now resumed merriment is widespread. The future's bright with cognac and whiskey.

After reading the last comment about old farts I feel compelled to give voice or perhaps wind. This week we have had the Guinness off for two days, Fosters has disappeared, the Budvar is missing, Deuchars has been gone various spirits have flown etc etc etc. As for the wonderful new flatscreen TV's; anybody who thinks of putting two screens high up on the same long wall of a long room deserves IQ testing. The only result of such intelligence is to cause a jam of people in the 'main area' of the pub who try desperately to glimpse a picture through the door. I pity the ladies who have to negotiate such a scrum. As for the 'fans' whether lager fuelled or no, it is they who pay. The majority of the one beer thankyous account for little revenue (statistics powered by lager). If I have been rude or obnoxious to the staff, then I apologise. I refuse to be cowed by Political Correctionists. A pub is more than the sum of service and facilities, it is a community; the management doesn't like the community. The management of the KH sucks we all deserve better.

The Kings Head, Tooting

This used to be a really great pub with a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful barmaids and a load of eccentric locals who added to the fun.

Unfortunately the recent arrival of Tim and his clique of corporate management people has created a rather strained atmosphere.

Used to be that this was a football Pub, but most people prefer to go across the road to the Mayfair nowadays as Tim doesn't really care for football.

This used to be one of the best Pubs, but it's becoming slightly dull.
