The Hobgoblin, New Cross

I discovered this place as a fresher two years ago and fell in love with it. Come back this September though and I was totally shocked. It used to be a cool student hang out, with friendly locals now though its full of arrogant scumbags getting their fix of RnB & dance music(???). Toilets are grim and hygenically neglected, except by the hords of chav's blatantly doing Cocaine in them, its like a flu epidemic with synchronized sniffing. Most don't even bother to use the cubical to do it in. Tried the food, its actually got worse. Only saving grace is the staff, who are friendly and happy to engage in small talk and the garden.
