The Royal Standard, Lyme Regis

Been going here for many years as an out-of main season visitor to Lyme. The Palmers ales served here I rate as the best of their tied houses in Lyme, and very consistent. Present landlords have made some small scale changes for the better. I can't see believe the toilets were that bad - they were upgraded not long ago, perhaps just too many people coming in from the beach. Food good value too.
