Pub is okay, and nothing wrong with the landlady or the majority of the staff. BUT there is one barmaid who is the most ignorant and rude person working in a customer service environment. She seems to have worked their forever and yet seems not only to hate the job but contact with human life in general. There is no excuse for this behaviour and I will no longer be drinking their.
