The Noble Comb, Shipley

I ate here with a group of friends on a Sunday after staying at the Ibis next door. It has to be THE worst meal I, no, all of us, have ever eaten. Absolutely disgusting.

Okay, so it was 2 for 1, which makes it fairly cheap. But individual dishes cost upwards of �9.

A few of us had the Rodeo Burger, another the Bacon Cheese burger and another a combo platter. Dear God. It was like they'd let a ten year loose in the kitchen with a microwave and half the ingredients.

Foul, disgusting food. Do not go there.

Fanny's Ale And Cider House, Saltaire

Excellent pub with a huge range of real ales, which is a rarity anywhere, nowadays. Definitely worth a visit (and so much better than the soulless pubs in London), and next time I'm back in Saltaire, I'll be spending a night or two in here!

The Queen's Head, Wing

Pretty dreary place this. We were sitting in the extension at the back of the pub - which was fairly lifeless and resembled the dining area of an old folks' home (and not just because some of the personnel were a bit on the old side - after all, it's Wing, what do you expect?!).

The food was meidocre, bland to say the least, and the staff were a bit slow. Won't be going back.
