The Lyceum, Strand

there's not many places you can get a delicious stout for 2.10 a pint. i love the booths, and its in a great location. love it. during the week the tenders are proper gents and its very good service. the area around the dart board is treacherous though, i accidentally tripped one guy up and he didn't smash my face in, which only adds to this pubs appeal.

The Porterhouse, Covent Garden

quite an interesting pub, with a lot to look at. i like the pipes running through it and the different levels. unfortunately, i found the beer unbearable. tried a couple of them and both by half way down made me cringe.
