Queens Arms, Basingstoke

As the reviews have been so good for this pub went last night and was not disappointed! The food was v good and excellent value, nice little courtyard garden out the back. Will definitely go back.

Queens College Arms, Tadley

Went here on Tuesday lunchtime with people from work, service wasn't bad, the food arrived fairly quickly.
However, part of what I ordered was missing, (warm potatos), the barmaid did get them to me pretty sharpish but they were cold, at nearly 8quid for a salad i wasn't over impressed but have been before and the food has been quite good.

The Chicago Rock Cafe, Basingstoke

Went here on Saturday night and yes, it is divorced and desperate's night out but I hate to say it....I really enjoyed myself and I'm neither divored or desperate! (although some may not agree!). You need to be slightly half cut to stand any chance of having a laugh though. Oh yeah and the drinks are SO expensive I won't be making it a regualr thing. Service could be better to.
