The Chequers Inn, Maresfield

I stayed here recently and would not recommend it to anyone. Our room was overpriced and undercleaned, as well as being absolutely boiling - a problem echoed by other guests. The fans provided in the rooms did not work - well, at least in ours and the rooms of two other guests. Whoever owns this pub should seriously take a look at the rooms and the pricing policy. This is no more than a glorified B&B charging hotel prices.
