The Kings Head, Holmbury St Mary

I was in here a couple of days ago and find that I cant agree with the last couple of comments. It seems they want a gastropub not a traditional pub like this one.
It shouldnt matter if someone has piercings or what they wear, as the beer was in top condition. It's always good to see Hophead and there were 3 others I'd not heard of and they were all very good.
And the food is difinitely not from Iceland as suggested - I ate from the light menu and it was very tasty and clearly homemade and good value.
I find it a relief to be served by someone who clearly cares about beer and offers such a choice. The landlord was at his laptop when I was there and it turned out he was researching beer for a beer festival they want to hold.
All in all I liked it and would definitely re-visit...Am giving it 7/10.
