The Edinburgh Cellars, Newington Green

I would like to say that i had the best ever sunday roast at this place on sunday just gone. I had the Lamb, and if your a fan of lamb you would be a fan of their lamb. The taste the texture was outstanding, the flavour of the marinated mint was something else. The roast potatoes were immense i cant stress enough. The gravy well that was the icing on the cake so to speak, someone here as worked really hard to produce a roast as good as that, i could see the chefs working through there window and they looked into what they are doing. The staff was so friendly, the real ales were in my opinion well chosen and i will definitely be telling all my friends about the Cellars, i came here once before when it was the Edinburgh cellars and i dont understand why the beer in the evening team have not changed this.

all in all 9 out of 10, why not 5 because i think the deserts need a bit of work but i am sure they will get there.
